Inception

STEER is a dream project of our Founder & Principal Consultant Ridhima Parab.

Since 2009, she has worked as an HR and organizational development expert for business owners. Her approach involves identifying people challenges unique to each project and to overcome these challenges using processes that sustain over time. All this experience culminated in an effective step-wise model to build great teams: STEER

This signature approach forms the core and principle of working at STEER HRD Solutions, an HR and Organizational Development Consulting firm born in 2015.

Ridhima Parab

FOUNDER

Ridhima’s qualifications include a Masters in Chemistry and Masters in Human Resource Development. She has spent over 15 years in research, development and practice on how small businesses can have great teams too. She has revamped teams in organisations covering a spectrum
of sectors. These range from manufacturing, retail, E-Commerce to distribution, logistics, and professional services to name a few.

For about a decade, STEER HRD Solutions has been the means to fulfil her mission of making this world better by improving the work lives of people and in turn facilitating wealth and value creation for the organisations she works with.
