STEER HRD Solutions, founded in 2015, is an HR and Organizational Development Consulting firm that brings about business transformation through its signature model of Organization Development – HOPE – ‘HIRE, ORIENT, PERFORM, ENGAGE’  

Ridhima Parab, Founder, has spent more than a decade in research, development and evolution in the area of Human Resources and Organisation Development.

She has worked with Organisations from various sectors including Manufacturing, Retail, E-Commerce, Distribution, Logistics, and Professional services sectors among few. She has studied their people challenges, solved them and in the process come up with this unique step-wise approach to building great teams.

Ridhima believes she was an HR professional in her past life and is here to complete a mission she
left behind in her previous birth. STEER HRD Solutions, as a team of HR and Organisational
development professionals, takes pleasure in helping her in her mission to make this world a better place by improving the work lives of people and in turn facilitate Wealth and Value creation for the organisations they work in.
